Gulai sapi instructions
- Potong" Daging sapi mnjadi lebih kecil,cuci bersih dg balungan, presto 20 mnit, biar empuk, matikan api, dan biarkan uap hilang baru angkat.
- Haluskan bumbu halus, tumis smpai layu, masukkan daun salam dan jeruk, sere, gula jawa, jahe dan lengkuas, aduk dan biar bumbu matang,.
- Masukkan air dan santan kara,aduk rata, baru masukkan daging dan balungan, bila perlu bsa d tambah royco rasa sapi,.
- Tunggu mendidih dan daging tambah empuk, cek rasa, matikan api.
- Sajikan.
